The open loop enrichment delay defines the number of seconds, after which AFV is increased if the engine is operated in the WOT region and a lean condition is continously monitored over this time.

For variables that have a scaling factor and/or a translational offset given, use this formula to calculate the output value:
output_value = (EEPROM_value * scale) + translate
