Idle condition proportional value used in fuel closed loop PI controller. The proportional value is generally greater than the integral value and is used when O2 sensor transistions. The sign is based on the rich/lean condition.

For variables that have a scaling factor and/or a translational offset given, use this formula to calculate the output value:
output_value = (EEPROM_value * scale) + translate
