The list of speed/RPM ratios for use in fuel and spark advance reduction. Every entry in this list describes the specific ratio for a different gear (starting with the first gear as the first element of this list).The speed/RPM ratio is sampled of a duration given in the VSS Ratio Sample Duration value.

Note:
For variables that have a scaling factor and/or a translational offset given, use this formula to calculate the output value:
output_value = (EEPROM_value * scale) + translate
